Greenside Alpacas was established in March 2002 with just 4 breeding females and has now grown to a herd of 100 Alpacas.The majority having now been bred on the farm which is very rewarding. We are specializing in breeding Suris from prize winning Homozygous Herdsires from Australia & Peru (Accoyo) in a range of beautiful colours. Greenside Alpacas are also enjoying breeding Huacayas in a range of lovely colours : True Black, Rich Brown, Light,Medium & Dark Fawn, Pure White and at present a limited number of Grey Alpacas. The Huacaya herd are being bred from elite genetics from Australia & Peru (Rural Alianza & Accoyo) and we also have a range of excellent young home bred Herdsires.
